Our Beginning
Before we opened, we saw a real need in North Tyler. Folks working medium-term jobs needed a dependable spot. Students needed straightforward rent so they could focus on school. Young families wanted something calm and affordable, close to stores and daily errands. Seniors wanted a well-kept space with respectful neighbors. We built Naynees RV Park around those needs: full hookups, free laundry, free Wi-Fi, a dog park, and helpful support when little things come up—especially during move-in and cold snaps.

In winter, we keep extra propane tanks on hand so you can swap fast and settle up later—no scrambling when it’s cold.

We keep pricing simple and fair. RV sites are $325/month + electricity. Cabins are $1,075/month + electricity. Rates can change, so please call for today’s details and deposit information.
What We Don’t Offer (On Purpose)
We do not operate a public bathhouse or shower facility. Your RV or cabin is your private space. This helps us keep the park cleaner and simpler for long-term living. We also aren’t focused on overnight traffic; our community is designed for people staying weeks or months.
